Terms of service

The Order Process

To place an order with TheQuirkyLooks, simply share:

  • The wallpaper name/design you want to purchase

  • Your wall dimensions (width × height)

  • Any special requirements (custom colour, elements, layout changes, etc.)

Once we receive your request, our team will send you:
✅ A digital proof preview (design mockup)
✅ A complete quote including product + services
via WhatsApp or Email.

We usually respond to all requests within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

Your order goes into production only after payment confirmation.

Right of Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order within 2 hours of payment, only if production or design work has not started.

⚠️ Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds on customised products such as custom-sized murals, personalised designs, or modified artworks.

  • If a product has a verified manufacturing/printing defect from our side, we will arrange a replacement.

Production & Delivery

We always try our best to complete and dispatch orders within the promised timeline. Delivery timelines shared are approximate, and can take up to 30 days from payment confirmation, depending on design type, customisation level, and delivery location.

✅ Your wallpaper will be packed securely in rigid protective packaging to avoid bending or damage.

We use third-party courier services, so we cannot be held responsible for courier delays, transit issues, or delivery errors.

📌 If you receive a damaged parcel:

  • Please mention “Received Damaged” while accepting delivery

  • Take photos/videos and share immediately with our support team

📌 Shipment Delay Policy:

  • If a package is not delivered, no refund/replacement will be processed until 28 days from shipment date, as courier investigations take time.

🌍 International Orders
Customers are responsible for any custom duties/taxes charged by the destination country.

Quality Check & Product Inspection

Every wallpaper from TheQuirkyLooks is quality-checked before dispatch.
However, it is important that customers inspect the wallpaper before installation.

✅ Any manufacturing issue must be reported before installation.
⚠️ Claims cannot be accepted after the wallpaper is installed or used.

Installation Disclaimer

TheQuirkyLooks supplies wallpapers only. Installation is not included.

If you need help, our support team can connect you with professional installers in select cities (paid service). Installation charges are separate and depend on location and wall condition.

Please note:

  • Installation charges paid to any third party are not refundable

  • Installers are independent service providers and not part of TheQuirkyLooks team

  • We are not responsible for issues related to:

    • wall preparation

    • seepage/moisture

    • chemical cleaning on wallpaper

    • external damages after installation

    • installation mistakes

Colour Variation Notice

Since wallpapers are printed products:

  • Minor colour variations may occur between different print batches.

  • Colour may vary slightly between digital proof (screen) and the final printed wallpaper due to different screen/monitor settings.

If exact colour matching is critical, we recommend ordering a printed sample before confirming the full order.

📌 Claims for colour variation will only be considered if a printed sample was requested and approved in advance.
