Quality & Installation
At TheQuirkyLooks, every wallpaper goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Once approved, we pack your wallpaper securely in rigid cardboard tubes to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We also provide easy hanging/installation instructions to guide you through the process. If you ever need help, our support team is always just a message away.
✅ Installation Note:
For best results, we strongly recommend professional installation. If required, our customer support team can help you connect with local installers in select cities (paid service).
Installation charges generally start from ₹15–₹20 per sq. ft. (may vary by city and wall condition).
Please note: installation services are not included in our scope of work, and issues related to wall condition, surface preparation, moisture, or installation errors are not covered by us.
Return & Replacement Policy
Our production team performs detailed quality checks on each and every strip, and we do not dispatch any order unless we are 100% confident it meets our standards.
If you receive your wallpaper and notice any issue, simply reach out to our support team—we’ll resolve it quickly. To speed up the process, we may request photos/videos of the wallpaper so we can understand the concern and take the right action.
✅ If a manufacturing/printing issue is confirmed:

We will arrange a replacement

Replacement dispatch will be done on priority basis

The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement
- Return the product within 3 to 5 days.
- Replaced product will be delivered 7 to 10 Working Days
- Once the refund approved by The Quicklancers it will take 10-15 working days to process and credited to you're bank account.
⚠️ Since our wallpapers are custom-made to fit your wall, each order is unique. Hence:

We do not accept returns due to change of mind/plan

Returns are not possible after installation

We cannot reuse custom-sized wallpaper
Important Installation Disclaimer
Please inspect your wallpaper before installation to ensure everything is correct. Once installed, we cannot be responsible for any damages or errors.
Also:

We cannot reimburse installation charges taken by third-party installers

We cannot cover re-installation or labour fees due to installation errors

If you choose to hire a third party, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the wallpaper is correct before installation
We can assist you with connecting to installers, but they are independent professionals and not a part of TheQuirkyLooks team.
Measurements
Measuring your wall is easier than you think 😊
All we need is:
✅ Wall Width (widest point)
✅ Wall Height (highest point)
Measure at the longest and widest possible points, as walls may not always be perfectly straight.
